To Serve
Tea
- Steep 1 tablespoon of loose-leaf tea per 12 fl oz of freshly boiled water (100°C / 212°F).
- Steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the leaves.
- Enjoy straight or sweeten gently with honey.

Hot Chocolate
- Place 4 tablespoons (¼ cup) of cocoa into 8 fl oz of hot (not boiling) milk or water. Adjust the amount of cocoa to suit your taste.
