- 4 Torta Breads (each 3.5 oz.)
- Pickled Daikon & Carrots (4 oz.)
- Jalapeños (2 oz.)
- Cucumbers (2 oz.)
- Vegan Miso Aioli (4 oz.)
- Pickled Red Cabbage Slaw (2 oz.)
- Cilantro (0.4 oz)
- Each Torta Bread measures approx. 8″ × 4″
- Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Torta Bread may be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days when packed in airtight container.
- Pickled vegetables may be stored in the refrigerator got up to 2 weeks.
- Fresh vegetables may be stored in the refrigerator got up to 5 days.
- Aioli may be stored in the refrigerator got up to 7 days.
- Tofu may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To Serve
- Toast the torta bread in oven at 500° F, for 2 minutes.
- Reheat Tofu in the microwave for 1 minute.
- After toasting the bread and heating the Tofu, pour the miso aioli in the torta bread, then add the red Cabbage, Jalapeno, Cucumbers, Daikon/Carrots, and top with cilantro.
