Since its founding, it’s grown into a nationally recognized tea brand, renowned for its rare and exclusive blends, and the cafe’s menu features comfort foods made with wholesome, plant-based ingredients. Reminiscent of a 1930s tea salon, Madame ZuZu’s is a grand, Art Deco space that’s become a beloved cornerstone of the North Shore community.
This package serves 4 people and includes everything you need to make 4 Grandma Jojo’s Vegan Meatball Subs
- 8 Vegan Impossible Meatballs (each 4 oz.)
- 4 Torta Breads (each 4 oz.)
- 4 containers Pomodoro Sauce (each 5 oz.)
- Vegan Parmesan Cheese (.6 oz.)
- Each Torta Bread measures approx. 8″ × 4″
- Choose to make this gluten-free.
- Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Torta Bread may be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days when packed in airtight container.
- Vegan Meatballs, and Sauce may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To Serve
- Toast the torta bread in oven at 500° F, for 2 minutes.
- To heat the meatballs, cut the meatballs in half and reheat in microwave for 1:45 minutes.
- Heat sauce in the microwave for 1:30 minutes.
- After toasting the bread and heating the meatballs and sauce, carefully put a spoon full of sauce inside the bread, then put meatballs and the rest of the sauce on the meatballs, finish with the Vegan Parmesan cheese.
