Four 4–5 oz Maine lobster tails from Luke’s Lobster — sourced directly from the fishermen Luke Holden has known since Cape Elizabeth, flash-frozen at the company’s own Saco, Maine facility to lock in the sweet, cold-water flavor. Holden founded Luke’s in 2009 after leaving Wall Street to bring an honest Maine lobster to New York; the tails are the same Maine product, ready for the stovetop or grill.

- Each lobster tail weighs approx. 4-5 oz.
- Lobster tails arrive raw and frozen
- Lobster tails ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store lobster tails in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Lobster tails last up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 18 months from the pack date that is indicated on the label.
