Since 1985, the family-owned and operated Louisiana Crawfish Company has been shipping live crawfish from Natchitoches, Louisiana, across the US. What started as a hobby for David McGraw quickly grew into a successful seafood company, sending live Cajun crawfish from the family farm cross country, so crawfish lovers can get an authentic taste of Louisiana’s bayous.

This package serves 6-8 people and includes

  • Alligator Meat (1 lb.)
  • Alligator Nuggets (1 lb.)
    • Approx. 24 pcs.
  • 3 Alligator Boudin Links (1 lb.)
  • 12 Alligator Boudin Balls (1 lb.)
  • Alligator ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, keep all items frozen until ready to cook.
  • Alligator Meat and Boudin Links may be stored in the freezer for up to 1 year.
  • Alligator Nuggets and Boudin Balls may be stored in the freezer for up to 3-6 months.

To Serve

Alligator Meat

  • Cook just as you would beef, chicken, or fish, and enjoy!

Alligator Nuggets

  • From frozen, fry at 350℉ until golden brown (approx 3-4 minutes).
  • Enjoy!

Alligator Boudin

  • Grill or Bake until heated thoroughly.
  • Enjoy!

Alligator Boudin Balls – Bake

  • Preheat oven to 375℉.
  • From frozen, place on a cookie sheet for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Enjoy!

Alligator Boudin Balls – Fry

  • From frozen, deep fry for 2 minutes at 375℉ or until golden brown.
