Since 1985, the family-owned and operated Louisiana Crawfish Company has been shipping live crawfish from Natchitoches, Louisiana, across the US. What started as a hobby for David McGraw quickly grew into a successful seafood company, sending live Cajun crawfish from the family farm cross country, so crawfish lovers can get an authentic taste of Louisiana’s bayous.
This package serves 8 people and includes 1 Tasso Ham
- Ham weighs approx. 4 lbs. and measures 9.5″ × 6.5″ × 2.5″
- Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store ham in the freezer.
- Ham can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 year.
To Serve
- Thaw Tasso Ham.
- Heat in boiling liquid for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160℉.
- Slice or dice and enjoy!
