Since 1985, the family-owned and operated Louisiana Crawfish Company has been shipping live crawfish from Natchitoches, Louisiana, across the US. What started as a hobby for David McGraw quickly grew into a successful seafood company, sending live Cajun crawfish from the family farm cross country, so crawfish lovers can get an authentic taste of Louisiana’s bayous.
This package serves 4 people and includes 2 lbs. of Crawfish Etouffee
- Crawfish Etouffee ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store etouffee in the freezer for up to 1 year.
- Keep frozen until ready to use.
To Serve
- Thaw fully.
- Heat the bag in boiling water for 20 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.
- Serve over cooked rice and enjoy!
