In 2018, two of Austin’s most renowned and beloved chefs, Tyson Cole and Aaron Franklin, decided to join forces and open Loro Asian Smokehouse & Bar in Austin, Texas. With their award-winning gastronomic powers combined, they created a culinary experience that captured the hearts, minds (and bellies) of devoted fans.

- Ribs ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon receipt, please cook, refrigerate or place in the freezer.
- Ribs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer up to 28 days.
To Serve
- Place the sealed ribs in a pot of simmering water for 20 minutes.
- Take out of the pot and and add the rib sauce to glaze.
- Grill for 5 minutes.
- Serve with provided pickles.
