Each pack includes a slow smoked pork shoulder, lettuce wraps, a large side of coconut rice, Thai green salsa, kimchi emulsion, Thai basil, cilantro, and pickled vegetables for toppings. Add your shredded pork, choose your toppings and sauces, and wrap it up in a cool lettuce wrap to make the perfect Bo Ssam bite!
In 2018, two of Austin’s most renowned and beloved chefs, Tyson Cole and Aaron Franklin, decided to join forces and open Loro Asian Smokehouse & Bar in Austin, Texas. With their award-winning gastronomic powers combined, they created a culinary experience that captured the hearts, minds (and bellies) of devoted fans.
This package serves 4 people and includes
- Pork Shoulder (2 lbs.)
- Lettuce Wraps (6 oz.)
- Coconut Rice (1 lb.)
- Herbs (1 oz.)
- Thai Green Salsa (4 oz.)
- Peanut Sambal ( 4 oz.)
- Pickled Vegetables (9 oz.)
- Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon receipt, place all ingredients in the refrigerator or the freezer.
- Items can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 28 days.
To Serve
- Warm pork shoulder in a 300 F oven for about 20 minutes or until hot.
- Warm rice in microwave for 45 seconds, stir and heat for another 45 seconds.
- Serve with other ingredients on the side.
- Serve and assemble wraps.
