Comes sliced, with a pouch of Logan Farms honey and spice glaze when shipped. This Boneless Ham performs effortlessly at the dinner table, or on a stellar sandwich. The convenient size makes it appropriate for any time of year, not just the holidays!
Since 1995, Logan Farms has been making the South’s tastiest honey-glazed hams. This location owned and operated by Ryan Gnemi and Doug Garner in Jackson, Mississippi, Logan Farms specializes in delicious Southern butchery and bringing families together.
The size and weight of individual hams will vary. The ham you receive may be larger or smaller than specified.
This package serves 6-8 people and includes
- Boneless Sliced Ham (approx. 3 lbs.)
- Honey Glazed (6 oz.)
- Ham ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Ham lasts up to 2 weeks in original vacuum-sealed packaging in the refrigerator or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- Glaze pack is shelf stable and not does require refrigeration.
To Serve
- If frozen, allow to thaw in the refrigerator 12 hours before serving.
- Remove ham from the refrigerator 30-45 minutes before serving, allow to come up to room temperature.
- For thicker glaze, mix with 3 tablespoons of water. For thinner glaze, mix with 4 tablespoons of water.
- Add glaze to the ham.
