Salted Caramel Apple Pie
Quartered Golden Delicious apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar, finished with crunchy rolled oats and a gooey caramel drizzle that the salt keeps from going cloying. It’s the modern cousin to the shop’s Old Fashioned Apple, built on the same all-butter crust. Little Pie Company has baked in Hell’s Kitchen since Arnold Wilkerson founded it in 1985 – a newer favorite from a bakery that built its name on apples.

The world-class pie shop first opened in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, but their baked goods were soon recognized citywide for baking up one of the best pies in New York City. Decades later, pastry chefs continue to bake away in their storefront window and seductive aromas waft out the front door, tempting every passerby. It's easy to see why Little Pie Company's mythic scratch-made pies continue to satisfy pie lovers with unparalleled renditions of classics and fresh originals.
