This package includes your choice of 24, 48, or 72 Large Artichoke Latkes
- Each Large Latke measures approx. 2.3" – 2.5"
- Choose to add Apple Sauce, Hand Sliced Smoked Salmon, or Handmade Crème Fraiche!

Latkes are Kosher LA Certified Kosher
- Linda’s Latkes are fully cooked and flash frozen prior to shipping, may thaw fully or partially in transit.
- Upon arrival, store Latkes in the freezer for approximately 10 months.
To Serve
- STEP 1 Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- STEP 2 Place frozen Latkes on a baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes until sizzling. Microwave heating is not recommended.
- STEP 3 Enjoy with Apple Sauce, or topped with Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraiche!
