After time in the competitive BBQ circuit, he helped Aaron Franklin open the legendary Franklin Barbecue and partnered with LeAnn Mueller to open the much-loved La Barbecue before moving to Charleston to introduce the Lowcountry to the world of Texas-style barbecue.
