This package serves 4 people and includes
- 4 Crab Cakes (each 4 oz.)
- Mustard Sauce (2 oz.)
- 1 tray Lobster Mac & Cheese (1.5 lbs.)
- Each Crab Cake measures approx. 3.5"
- Each tray of Lobster Mac & Cheese measures approx. 8.75″ × 7.62″ × 1.87″
- Ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, items may be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- Consume or discard leftovers within 3 days of opening.
To Serve
Crab Cakes
- Leave frozen until ready to cook.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove the plastic covering. Remove the frozen crabcakes and bakeable cup from the tray, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Serve and enjoy!
Lobster Mac & Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove the plastic covering. Cover the tray with tin foil, and place the tray directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes, remove tin foil and stir.
- Place the uncovered tray back in the oven for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F for 15 seconds.
- Serve and enjoy!
