This package serves 4-6 people and includes
- Lobster Meat, cooked (2 lbs.)
- Mix of Knuckle & Claw Meat
- 8 Mini Artisan Lobster Roll Buns
- Lemon Infused Mayo (1 pt.)
- Garlic Herb Butter (6 oz.)
- Each Mini Artisan Lobster Roll Bun measures 4"
- Lobster Roll Kit ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Do not refreeze lobster. Thawed lobster may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Once thawed, drain and pat dry of any excess moisture.
- Do not refreeze lemon mayo or butter. Thawed mayo & butter may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
To Serve
- Thaw Lobster Meat in the refrigerator overnight. For quicker thawing, keep lobster in sealed packing and place lobster under cold running water for 15-20 minutes or until thawed. Remove plastic after thawing.
- Thaw rolls at room temperature for 4 hours.
- Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for 8 hours.
- Separate rolls, brush with melted butter and toast each side until golden brown in a non-stick pan or place on a baking sheet and toast in a 350 F oven.
- Stuff rolls evenly with lobster salad mixture and serve.
