This package serves 4-6 people and includes

  • New England Clam Chowder (1 qt.)
  • 2 Signature Crab Cakes (4 oz. each)
  • Lobster Mac & Cheese ( 1.4 lbs.)
  • 6 New England Quahog Stuffies (1.9 lbs.)
  • Each Crab Cake measures approx. 3.5"
  • Ships frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, store all items in the freezer for up to 6 months.
  • Consume or discard leftovers within 3 days of opening.

To Serve

Crab Cakes

  • Keep frozen until ready to cook.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove the plastic covering.
  • Place bakeable tray directly on oven rack or on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Clam Chowder – Microwave

  • Thaw the product in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours before preparing.
  • Cut open a corner of the bag and pour the product into a microwave-safe dish. Loosely cover with a paper towel or microwavable plastic wrap. Caution! Do not microwave in the bag!
  • Heat in 2-minute increments per serving, stirring between. The product should be thoroughly heated (165℉).
  • Use caution when removing the dish from the microwave, the product and dish will be hot.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Clam Chowder – Stovetop (Boil In the Bag)

  • Place the bag into a saucepan filled with rapidly boiling water (rapidly boiling water minimizes bag contact with the saucepan).
  • After about 40 minutes from frozen (20 mins if thawed), carefully remove the bag. The bag will be very hot. Cut a corner with scissors and pour it into a serving bowl.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Clam Chowder – Stovetop (Out of the Bag)

  • Thaw the product in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours.
  • Cut open a corner of the bag and pour the product into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated (165℉). For best quality, heat only what you plan to eat on that occasion (avoid reheating multiple times). Rapidly cool leftovers and store them under refrigeration.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Lobster Mac & Cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Remove plastic covering, and cover tray with tin foil.
  • Place bakeable tray directly on oven rack or on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then remove tin foil and stir.
  • Place uncovered tray back in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145° F.
  • Serve & enjoy!

New England Quahog Stuffies

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Remove the plastic covering. Stuffies can be baked in an oven-proof tray or on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145℉.
