This package serves 4 people and includes
- 4 portions Salmon (each 6 oz.)
- Lobster Mac & Cheese (24 oz.)
- Special Cajun Rub (3 oz.)
- Ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Lobster mac & cheese may be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- Thawed fish can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days. Once thawed, pat dry of any excess moisture. Do not refreeze.
- Thawed cajun rub can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days. Do not refreeze.
To Serve
Salmon
- Remove frozen portions from outer bag. Keep fish in sealed packing. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for 8 hours. For quicker thawing, place sealed packed fish under cold running water for 5 to 7 minutes or until thawed. Remove plastic after thawing.
- Cod may be broiled, baked, fried, pan seared or steamed. Cook 8-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches minimum 145° F for at least 15 seconds.
- Serve & enjoy!
Lobster Mac & Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Remove plastic covering. Cover tray with tin foil, Place bakeable tray directly on oven rack or on a baking sheet
- Bake for 12 minutes, remove tin foil and stir. Place uncovered tray back in the oven for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F for 15 seconds.
- Serve & enjoy!

- Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for 8 hours.
