Since its 1978 founding by brothers Philip and Jerry Lawler with little more than a pit smoker and a handful of hickory, LawLers Barbecue has become an Alabama BBQ icon, with more than a dozen locations throughout northern Alabama and the Tennessee Valley. All of LawLer’s meats – pulled pork, turkey, ham, and chicken – are hand-pulled and doused with a sauce that won the 2015 Year of Alabama BBQ Sauce-Off. This package serves 10-12 people and includes
- Homemade Vinegar Slaw (approx. 1.7 lbs.)
- Classic Potato Salad (approx. 1.5 lbs.)
- Barbecued Beans (approx. 1.7 lbs.)
- Mac & Cheese (approx. 1.6 lbs.)
- BBQ Signature Sides ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, place all side dishes directly into the refrigerator.
- Reheat the Tasty Mac & Cheese and Barbecued Beans from a refrigerated state.
- Serve the potato salad and vinegar slaw directly from the refrigerator.
- All dishes may be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
To Serve
Mac & Cheese & Barbecued Beans
- Place sealed bag directly in low boiling water for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from water bath, and using scissors, cut open the bag(s) to pour directly into a serving dish.
- Caution: Be careful, contents from the bag will be very hot!
