This package serves 8-10 people and includes
- 20-Layer Red Velvet Cake
- Cream Cheese Frosting (6 oz.)
- Raspberry Sauce (3 oz.)
- Each cake measures 7" in diameter x 6.5" tall and weighs approx. 8 lbs.
- Hearts & raspberry toppings not included.
- Cake ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge, freezer, or allow to defrost at room temperature.
- May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or frozen for up to 1 month.
- To serve from frozen allow the cake to thaw in the fridge for 1/2 day.
To Serve
- After thawing all items, pipe cream cheese topping on cake and garnish with chocolate hearts and fresh raspberries if desired (not included)
- Moisten a sharp knife with hot water and cut from center of cake to edge in one smooth motion downward, cleaning and moistening knife between each cut (8 slices recommended)
- Lay slice of cake on plate and enjoy!
