Klepon Cake is a fun, tropical dessert all about the flavor combo: soft, fluffy layers with a hint of pandan, rich coconut cream, and a touch of sweetness from coconut syrup. Topped with toasted coconut flakes, it’s got that perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and a little salty.

Krakatoa is Chef Abe Moiz’s love letter to his native Indonesia. Growing up, Abe’s home was filled with the aromas of his mother’s cooking. But once he moved to the U.S., he soon realized that the beloved flavors of his youth were impossible to find, and he couldn’t even replicate them because many traditional Indonesian ingredients – like fresh candlenut, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves – were also unavailable. So he began importing (and in the case of kaffir lime leaves, growing) them on his own, and opened Krakatoa, which proved so successful that Guy Fieri paid a visit for an episode of “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.” Countless diners have since fallen in love with Krakatoa’s authentic, heartfelt traditional Indonesian cuisine – and now you can, too.
