Winter Warmer Hot Cocoa + Bon Bon Gift Set

This festive gift set from Knipschildt Chocolatier includes hot cocoa mix that the New York Times called “the best hot chocolate outside of Paris,” a 12-piece Caramel Sea Salt Duo Collection, and small Signature Collection, all wrapped in a beautiful grosgrain bow! What’s better on a cold December night than a nice hot mug of cocoa and a few bonbons?! Master Chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt recommends adding a caramel bonbon or two to your hot cocoa for even more flavor.

Denmark-born chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt is one of America’s most acclaimed and creative artisan chocolate makers. When he first started experimenting in his small apartment kitchen in Norwalk, Connecticut, in 1999, few American chocolatiers were fusing old European craftsmanship, intriguing avant-garde flavor combinations, and state-of-the-art handpicked natural ingredients. The chocolate shop’s chocolates include tangerine, ancho chile, green peppercorn, hazelnut ganache, and strawberry. Knipschildt Chocolatier won Throwdown with Bobby Flay and Knipschildt’s La Madeline au Truffe was recognized by Forbes Magazine as the most expensive chocolate truffle in the world.

Denmark-born chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt is one of America’s most acclaimed and adventurous chocolate makers, a true pioneer in the world of artisan chocolate. When he first started experimenting in his small apartment kitchen in Connecticut back in 1999, few American chocolatiers were fusing old European craftsmanship, intriguing avant-garde flavor combinations and state-of the art handpicked natural ingredients. For Fritz, it just came naturally.

At Knipschildt’s chocolate shop, his handmade chocolates and truffles start with the highest-quality chocolate he can source. From there, he incorporates some surprising ingredients, like tangerine and ancho chile, green peppercorn, pumpkin, elderflower and even fresh Italian truffles. Even the more traditional fillings (hazelnut ganache, garden mint, strawberry and lemon time) are refreshingly unexpected. They’re all delicious, and they’ll all bring a smile to your face. You’ve truly never had chocolate like this!
