The Kentucky Derby® is the longest continually held sporting event in America, and one of the most prestigious horse races in the world. The most exciting two minutes in sports®, it’s been held every year since 1875 at Louisville’s Churchill Downs®, the world’s most legendary racetrack. 2025 marks 151 years since Colonel Meriwether Lewis Clark, Jr. formed the Louisville Jockey Club and acquired the land for the racetrack, setting the stage for the first Derby – a race of 15 horses in front of a crowd of 10,000 spectators. This year, 20 horses will run for the roses® on the first Saturday in May, cheered on by more than 150,000 fans at Churchill Downs and millions more at home.
This product contains alcohol and can only be consumed by those 21+. Adult signature and government-issued ID are required upon delivery; packages will not be left at the door. Alcohol deliveries will be made between 8am-8pm local time and will ship separately from the rest of this kit. - Cocktail Kit may be stored at room temperature until the expiration date.
- Once opened, Mint Julep Cocktail Syrup may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
- Upon arrival, store bourbon balls in the refrigerator or in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
- Bourbon balls should be served at room temperature.
To Serve
Mint Julep
- Pour 30 ml of Woodford Reserve® bourbon into a glass.
- Add 10 ml of Mint Julep Cocktail Syrup.
- Stir, add crushed ice, and garnish with a fresh mint sprig (not included).
