Dinner is served! Kent Island Crab Cakes signature cod is topped with Dijon mustard and pistachios, and is ready to be baked and served.

For three generations, Kent Island Crab Cakes has been serving gourmet crab from the Chesapeake Bay on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Since Ron and Margie Kauffman established Kent Island Crab Cakes in 1980, the seafood company has been preparing the finest Maryland style jumbo lump crab cakes made with Maryland blue crabs.

This package serves 4 people and includes 4 Cod Fillets

  • Each fillet measures 6 oz.
  • Each portion arrives individually wrapped in boxes of 4
  • Flounder ships frozen with dry ice, may thaw in transit
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
  • Freeze upon arrival for up to 6 months

Preparation

  • Thaw completely under refrigeration for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake at 400 F degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes.
