Nestled in the Chesapeake Bay on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Kent Island Crab Cakes has been serving gourmet crab for three generations. Since Ron and Margie Kauffman established Kent Island Crab Cakes in 1980, the seafood purveyor has been preparing the finest Maryland style jumbo lump crab cakes made with Maryland blue crabs.
This package serves 6 people and includes 20 Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
- Shrimp weigh approx. 1 lb. Total
- Items ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store items in the freezer until ready to serve.
- Shrimp last up to 1 year in the freezer.
To Serve
- Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 hours before cooking
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Arrange shrimp on a cookie sheet & bake for 14-16 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Serve immediately
