Made entirely from their 55% dark chocolate, not cocoa powder and sugar or chocolate mixed with additional sugar. The result is a drinking chocolate with intense chocolate character, balanced by rich creaminess and a light nuttiness.
In 2017, Michelin-starred American chef Thomas Keller has partnered with Italy’s most famous olive oil producer, Armando Manni, to create a chocolate bar unlike any other. Hand-crafted in Napa Valley, California, each bar of K+M chocolate is infused with heart-healthy MANNI organic extra-virgin oil instead of cocoa butter, which not only creates its signature texture, but also boosts its antioxidant levels (without tasting like olive oil!).

- Each jar weighs approx. 8.8 oz.
- K+M sources cocoa beans directly from farmers around the world
- Drinking chocolate arrives ready to enjoy!
- In warmer weather, may ship with ice packs which can thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store in a cool, dry place for up to 9 months.
To Serve
- In a heavy saucepan, gently heat 4 – 7 oz. whole (or non-dairy) milk and 4 tablespoons drinking chocolate.
- Optionally, substitute 1 – 2 oz. heavy cream in place of milk for a richer beverage.
- Add more chocolate mix or decrease milk for a more intense chocolate flavor.
- Milk and heavy cream not included.
- Mix over medium heat to 150°-170°F, or until steam begins to rise.
- To serve chilled, heat the liquid just enough to melt the chocolate and pour over ice.
- Whisk vigorously to froth the milk and stir continuously until removed from heat.
- Serve and enjoy!

The team searched the best cocoa-producing regions in the world to source three single-origin, responsibly grown cocoa beans that thrive when processed through the K+M methodology.
