Then, slowly simmered until the meat is fork tender and enveloped in a rich, flavorful sauce that’s finished with a splash of sherry. Serve over hot buttered noodles and a scatter of green peas. If desired, dust with additional paprika and a dollop of sour cream. A true classic comfort meal and special enough to serve at a dinner party.

To Serve
Stovetop
- Thaw components in the refrigerator overnight
- Once thawed, pour beef goulash into a medium saucepan
- Heat on medium-low heat until heated through
- While the meat is heating, reheat noodles in simmering pot of water for 1-2 minutes
- Drain and toss with a little butter and keep warm
- Reheat green peas in simmering water for 1-2 minutes
- Once everything is cooked through, ladle the goulash over buttered noodles and top with green peas
- Serve and enjoy !

- Reheat all components in microwave until heated through
