Founded by Harry Rosen in 1950, Junior’s is a world-renowned Brooklyn landmark and one of New York’s best Jewish delis. Junior’s is still run by the Rosen family and continues to serve Jewish deli classics from the same spot over 70 years later using recipes perfected by Harry.

To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Either use our oven-proof container without the top or your own oven-proof dish.
- Place blintzes seam side down.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
- Top your warmed blintzes with powdered sugar along with your choice of blueberry sauce, strawberry sauce, or both!
