Individual four-ounce versions of the Original New York cheesecake, eighteen to a box. Each mini carries the creamy filling of cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs, and a touch of vanilla on the signature sponge cake bottom, light enough that one never feels like too much. Set out fresh berries or fruit toppings and let guests dress their own. Junior’s cheesecake, first served when Harry Rosen opened in Brooklyn in 1950, took first place in New York Magazine’s Cheesecake Olympics. Perfect for office parties, showers, or keeping the freezer stocked for drop-in guests.

- This item is packed in a custom-fit cooler with a frozen ice pack and then place in a branded corrugated box and shrink wrapped

- Cheesecakes ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
