One 8-inch cheesecake, four flavors: Original New York Plain, Raspberry Swirl, Brownie Marble Swirl, and Apple Crumb, each cut into its own quarter. Every wedge shares the base the Rosen family has used since Junior’s opened at Flatbush and DeKalb in Brooklyn in 1950. That’s cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla on a sponge cake crust, the recipe that took first place in New York Magazine’s Cheesecake Olympics. Perfect for holiday dessert tables, birthdays, or settling the family’s favorite-flavor debate. Everyone gets a slice of their pick.

- Each cheesecake measures 8" and weighs approx. 3 lbs
- Each cheesecake is packed in a custom-fit cooler with a frozen ice pack and then placed in a branded corrugated box and shrink wrapped
- Each cheesecake arrives sealed in a branded box, making this a perfect gift!
- All of Junior’s mail-order cheesecakes are certified Kosher-Dairy under the supervision of Kof-K
- Cheesecakes ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, place cheesecake in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Cheesecakes last up to 5 days in the refrigerator (in an airtight container) or up to 6 months in the freezer.
To Serve
- Defrost cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
- Leave on counter for 3-4 hours prior to serving.
