To Serve
“Party On!” White Crème Cake Mix
What You’ll Need:
- 3 Eggs
- Vegetable Oil (3/4 cup)
- Water (1/3 cup)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of pan with butter, baking spray, or vegetable shortening. Add a spoonful of flour to dust and coat the entire pan.
- Add the entire contents of the cake mix package to a large bowl. Stir with a whisk or rubber spatula to help evenly combine the mix. Add eggs, water, oil, and stir until just combined (don’t overmix). Pour batter into pans.
- Bake cakes on the center rack of the oven for suggested time (see below). You’ll know your cake is done when a toothpick or fork inserted into the cake comes out with a few moist crumbs. Every oven is different, so keep an eye on your cake.
- Remove cake from the oven. Cool in cake pan for 10 minutes then remove. Continue to cool at room temperature or wrap in cling wrap and freeze.
- Serve & enjoy!
“Oh, Fudge!” Chocolate Cake Mix
What You’ll Need:
- 1 Eggs
- Vegetable Oil (1/2 cup)
- Water (1/3 cup)
Directions:

Add eggs, water, oil, and stir until just combined (don’t overmix). Pour batter into pans. Note: Batter will look thick, almost like brownie batter. This recipe makes a moist, fudgy cake. For a more fluffy, cake-y, texture, add one additional egg.
