Nine irresistibly cute Cottontail Chocolate Bunnies, an assortment of peanut butter praline, coconut ganache, and salted honey caramel centers folded into a dark chocolate shell make the bottom layer of this gift tower. Six Chocolate Honey Caramel Bees sit at the top, these have a liquid caramel center and a clear, caramelized honey taste. This unique flavor comes naturally from the fragrant honey used, supplied by the Draper Family Apiaries in Millerton, PA. Once filled, each of the nine bees is carefully painted by hand with a paper-thin layer of yellow and black cocoa butter.
Since 2002, husband-and-wife John Doyle and Kira Baker-Doyle have been creating beautifully handcrafted chocolates at their boutique Philadelphia chocolate shop.
