Jimmy Adrian and Jack Piper grew up together in Iowa City, Iowa, and bonded over their love of all things barbecue. They both became seasoned BBQ experts, spending their spare time tracking down great ‘cue and judging barbecue competitions. In 2005, the duo took the obvious next step and opened up Jimmy Jack’s Rib Shack, which is today renowned as one of the very best BBQ joints in Iowa.
This package serves 8 people and includes
- 50 Chicken Wings (each approx. 2 oz.)
- Habanero Wing Sauce (8 oz.)
- Wings ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store wings in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Upon arrival, store sauce at room temperature, refrigerate after opening.
- Wings may be stored for up to 4 days in the refrigerator or up to 4 months in the freezer.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove from packaging, line a sheet pan with foil, and spray with a nonstick spray.
- Arrange wings in a single layer and place in the oven.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes (165°F is what you’re looking for). If needed, heat for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Heat wing sauce in a saucepan over medium-low heat till warm.
- Toss wings in sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
