- 1 House Coffee- Open a bag of fresh, roasted coffee beans and breathe in. That rich, earthy aroma is exactly what this ice cream tastes like. We capture that scent by folding coffee into cream, then finish with a dusting of espresso-ground coffee for added depth and pleasant texture. Because nothing hides in ice cream, we use the best coffee we can find, sourced from our friends at Verve Coffee Roasters. Their expertly roasted, direct trade specialty coffee gives this flavor layers of complexity: deep notes of nuts and chocolate, with a bright, clean finish.
- 1 Maple Soaked Pancakes- Fluffy pancakes in salted butter and maple syrup creams.
