Lumpia - Choose Your Own 44 Pack

No Filipino feast is complete without lumpia, traditional fried spring rolls! These classic Lumpias start with a delicate filling, which is wrapped in a light and fluffy wonton skin and deep-fried. Take your pick from Lupa & Dagat “Pork & Shrimp” Lumpia, Chicken Adobo Lumpia, or Miami Espesyal Lumpia!

When American troops left the Philippines at the end of World War II, they left behind hundreds of jeeps, which were quickly scooped up and tricked out by the locals, who made them their own and gave them a new name: jeepneys. At Miami’s Jeepney, chef & restaurateur Nicole Ponseca is channeling that same uniquely Filipino sense of creativity and independence.

To Serve

Lumpia: Stovetop Method

  • Heat a quarter inch of neutral oil in a medium-deep frying pan and place on medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, fry lumpia on one side until golden brown, approximately 3-5 minutes.
  • Repeat on other side!

Lumpia: Oven (or Air-fryer)

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Line lumpia on a sheet tray with parchment paper. Use a small amount of neutral oil to prevent sticking and extra crisp! Pro-tip: if available, bake lumpia with a baking rack, atop sheet tray + parchment paper for easy cleaning!
  • Once preheated, place in oven for 7-10 minutes, flipping lumpia halfway through cook time.
  • Best when served warm/hot and fresh! Enjoy!

Sauce: Microwave

  • Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
  • Place frozen sauce into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Stir and enjoy!
