Cakey on the outside and filled with a pool of decadent, flowing warm chocolate, it’s a true white-tablecloth masterpiece, from Jean-Georges’ kitchen to yours – and it’s gluten-free! This gluten-free cake is served warm with a delicate cake-like exterior. When you cut into the cake, a gooey, chocolatey inside is revealed. The cake will arrive with a small bag of powdered sugar and a mini sieve, to ensure you can replicate the chef experience at home.

- Each cake serves 6 people, measures 7″ × 1.5″, and weighs approx. 12 oz.

- Cake can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To Serve
- If the cake is in the freezer, allow it to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- When ready to bake, remove the cake from the tin and allow it to sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Trim the outer layer of the paper mold, leaving the bottom part of the mold intact.
- Transfer the cake to the oven and bake until it is warm to the touch and the center appears soft, 12-16 minutes.
- Carefully transfer the cake to a serving plate and let it cool for 1-2 minutes. Dust the top with powdered sugar before cutting and serving.
