For a savory slice of summer, this fresh tomato pie is made with all fresh ingredients, including sliced tomatoes, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, basil, and garlic. Baked in an herb Parmesan crust, ingredients are kept simple so you may enjoy the pure flavors. This pie is a meal in itself and also perfect when paired with grilled meats and seafood.
In 2012, Cindy Grunik founded It’s Easy As Pie with the vision of making and delivering fresh, home-made pies to customers in the St. Louis community. Soon, her unique flavors and original recipes like Chicken Cranberry Brie, S’Mores, and Gooseberry became a staple in the area.
This package serves 6-8 people and includes 1 Fresh Tomato Pie
- Each Pie measures 9"
- Pies ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store pie in the freezer.
- Pies can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Remove plastic wrap from the pie while still frozen.
- Place frozen pie in the oven and bake for 60 minutes
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
