At New York’s International Wings Factory, which opened on the Upper East Side in 2012, founder Deepak Ballaney is frying up fresh, all-natural, unbreaded chicken wings until crispy and tossing them with a wide variety of housemade globally-inspired sauces, running the gamut from Black Pepper Teriyaki to Vietnamese Chile Mango. And, of course, the classic Buffalo wings are seriously on-point, too!
This package serves 6-8 people and includes
- 50 Chicken Wings (mix of flats & drums)
- Black Pepper Teriyaki Wing Sauce (8 oz.)
- Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce (8 oz.)
- Wasabi Aioli Dipping Sauces (6 oz.)

- This package ships flash-frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival place in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

To Serve
- Transfer to an oven-safe baking sheet.
- Warm in a 350-degree oven at 350 degrees F until internal temperature 165 degrees F and wings are crispy (Approx 15 min)
- Toss sauce to coat thoroughly and serve immediately

International Wings Factory was founded by India-born Deepak Ballaney, who fell in love with global flavors at Taj luxury hotels before moving to America to study at the Culinary Institute of America.
