- 8" Coconut Cake (Serves 10-12)
- Cake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice and cake may thaw in transit.
- DO NOT remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store cake covered in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Refrigerate: up to 3 days.
- Freeze: up to 2 months.
- After thawing in the refrigerator, may be kept at room temperature for up to 4 hours.
To Serve
- Remove plastic wrap and collar while cake is still frozen to ensure icing stays intact.
- Allow to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Cake is best enjoyed after coming to room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving.
