Bring some of Ilili’s Lebanese flair to your Thanksgiving table! The turkey breast is brined for 24 hours and then slow-roasted for 4 hours. It’s accompanied by ilili’s stuffing, grand-mere, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, gravy, and other treats!

At ilili, Massoud expertly crafts a sophisticated blend of modern and traditional Lebanese cuisine, drawing influences from the span of the ancient Silk Road trade routes.

This package serves 4 people and includes

  • Turkey Breast (22 oz.)
  • Turkey Dark Meat (10 oz.)
    • Turkey arrives cooked and requires reheating
  • Turkey Stock (12 oz.)
  • Stuffing Grand-Mere (32 oz.)
  • Gravy (16 oz.)
  • Cranberry Sauce (12 oz.)
  • Mashed Potatoes (32 oz.)
  • Pumpkin Candy Bar (14-15 oz.)

Turkey arrives cooked and must be reheated prior to serving.

  • This package ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • All items can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
  • If planning on enjoying immediately, refrigeration is not required. If enjoying more than 2 hours after receiving, store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

To Serve

Turkey

  • Let turkey sit at room temperature for 2 hours prior to reheating.
  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Pour the provided turkey stock over turkey meat.
  • Roast the turkey for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown on the skin side.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 7-10 minutes before serving.
  • Enjoy!

Mashed Potatoes

  • Remove the mashed potatos from the zip lock bag and put into a medium-sized pot.
  • Place the pot on a stovetop burner at low to medium heat. Stir the mashed potatoes regularly until it is hot to the touch. Alternatively, you can also microwave for 5-8 minutes.
  • Transfer to serving dish.
  • Enjoy!

Stuffing

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Remove the stuffing from the zip lock bag and place the stuffing in a casserole pan.
  • Cover the stuffing with aluminum foil.
  • Reheat Stuffing, covered, for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and continue to reheat for an additional 5-8 minutes.
  • Let it rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes, then serve.
  • Enjoy!

Gravy

  • Transfer to a pot & bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Alternatively, reheat in the microwave, with the plastic lid half-open, for 4 minutes.
  • Transfer to serving dish.
  • Enjoy!

Cranberry Sauce

  • Sauce can be served warm or room temp.
  • Transfer to serving dish.
  • Enjoy!

Pumpkin Candy Bar

  • Keep refrigerated until the time of serving.
  • Before serving, add the mascarpone and pecans on top or to the side.
