The dips box provides an array of traditional Lebanese cold mezza dips that can accompany any meal and complement your table spread: hummus, mouhamara, baba ghannouj, and labne!
Since it first opened its doors in New York’s Flatiron neighborhood in 2007, the elegant and upscale ilili has introduced countless New Yorkers to authentic Lebanese cuisine, perfected by the Massoud family in Beirut over the course of more than 100 years and today prepared with care by Owner and Executive Chef Philippe Massoud. At ilili, Massoud expertly crafts a sophisticated blend of modern and traditional Lebanese cuisine, drawing influences from the span of the ancient Silk Road trade routes.
This package serves 8 people and includes:
- 30 oz. Hummus
- 30 oz. Mouhamara
- 30 oz. Baba Ghannouj
- 30 oz. Labne
- 12 oz. Olive Oil
- Aleppo Pepper (for Hummus)
- Zaatar Mix (for Labne)
- Chopped Parsley & Pomegranate Seeds (for Baba Ghannouj)
- Aleppo Pepper & Mouhamara are mildly spicy, add to tase
To Store
- Items ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Refrigerate all the dips immediately upon arrival
- Dips last up to 3 days in the fridge
To Serve
- Place dip in the center of the plate as if you were building a mound.
- With a large spoon, gently press in the center of the dip, pushing your spoon outward, in order to create a well effect.
- Spread dip to the outer edges of the plate and ideally should have no more than 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness in the center and thicker edges.
- Decorate the Hummus with the provided Aleppo Pepper, the Baba Ghannouj with the provided parsley and pomegranate seeds, and the Labne with the provided Zaatar mix at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock or 12 & 6.
- Drizzle a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of olive oil provided inside the well you created.

- Please note all dips should be served slightly colder than room temperature
