Except for GeorgiaOur zesty and robust clam sauce is one of THE most famous recipes on the menu at Iggy’s Boardwalk: Lobster and Clam Bar! It comes in your choice of white or red. Here’s a hint when deciding: the red is a mixture of our white clam sauce and house marinara (oh yum!). This versatile sauce can be tossed over your favorite pasta, used as a clam sauce pizza, or just used to steam in some clams or your favorite seafood for a homemade Cioppino – don’t worry we won’t tell anyone you’re using our sauce!
Iggy’s is a true taste of summer in Rhode Island! Since its founding in Warwick’s Oakland Beach in 1989 by husband and wife Gaetano and Sally Gravino, Iggy’s has become renowned for its doughboys, clam cakes, stuffies, clam chowder, fried calamari, and other New England summertime staples. Whether you’re looking to recreate the summertime staples of your youth or to sample these delicious regional specialties for the first time, you’re in for a real treat!
