This package includes
- 3 Month Aged Manchego (1/2 lb.)
- Drunken Goat Cheese (1/2 lb.)
- Fermin Chorizo Iberico (1/2 lb.)
- Rosales Torta (1 lb.)
- Panzanella Crackers (1 lb.)
- 1 jar Cam Bech Fig Jam (1/2 lb.)
- 1 jar Matiz Sardines (1 lb.)
- 1 jar Anchovy Stuffed Olives (1 lb.)
- Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- If enjoying the same day, take out the product and let sit at room temperature until serving.
- If enjoying the next day or later, put the two cheeses in the fridge, everything else can stay at room temperature in a cool, dark place.
- Let everything sit out at room temperature at least 4 hours before serving.
