Idaho Candy Company ships its famous classic chocolate candy nationwide on Goldbelly! The Idaho Spud Bar was originally marketed as a “Healthful” candy bar since it is made with agar agar instead of gelatin. Huckleberry Gems include two gem-shaped, huckleberry-flavored marshmallow crèmes enrobed in fine milk chocolate. With a flavor much like blueberries, huckleberries are only grown in the wild and are very popular in the northwest.

Founded by T.O. Smith in 1901, Idaho Candy Company makes nostalgic chocolate candy in its original Boise, Idaho, factory using many of the original machines from the early 1900s. The candy company creates chocolate candy like the famous Idaho Spud Bar, a wonderful combination of a light cocoa flavored, soft marshmallow center drenched with a dark chocolate coating and then sprinkled with coconut (Sorry, no potato!), which was introduced in 1918.
