This BBQ brisket is as classic Texas as it gets! USDA Prime beef is wet-aged for 45 days before being seasoned with a proprietary peppery spice rub and smoked low & slow over oak & hickory for 18 hours.

Back in 1978, the Hutchins family decided to attach a restaurant to their Dallas-area home to sell slow-smoked, classic Texas-style barbecue. The homespun restaurant took off, and it’s since become one of the region’s most beloved barbecue joints, with locations in McKinney and Frisco, just north of Dallas. Second-generation owners Tim and Tracy Hutchins are carrying on the family legacy, with BBQ that’s been included in Texas Monthly’s Top 50 List for over a decade.
