A Hutchins BBQ original! This is the OG Texas Twinkie: a large jalapeño stuffed with cream cheese and smoked brisket, wrapped in thick-cut bacon, and finished with a sweet glaze!

Back in 1978, the Hutchins family decided to attach a restaurant to their Dallas-area home to sell slow-smoked, classic Texas-style barbecue. The homespun restaurant took off, and it’s since become one of the region’s most beloved barbecue joints, with locations in McKinney and Frisco, just north of Dallas. Second-generation owners Tim and Tracy Hutchins are carrying on the family legacy, with BBQ that’s been included in Texas Monthly’s Top 50 List for over a decade.
