"Dino" Beef Rib Rack - 3.5-4.5 lbs.
Ships Nationwide in U.S.
Not eligible for shipping to CanadaThis three-bone rack of beef ribs have been slow-smoked until super juicy and tender. Each rib clocks in at a giant pound and a half – Texas BBQ doesn’t get any better than this!
Back in 1978, the Hutchins family decided to attach a restaurant to their Dallas-area home to sell slow-smoked, classic Texas-style barbecue. The homespun restaurant took off, and it’s since become one of the region’s most beloved barbecue joints, with locations in McKinney and Frisco, just north of Dallas. Second-generation owners Tim and Tracy Hutchins are carrying on the family legacy, with BBQ that’s been included in Texas Monthly’s Top 50 List for over a decade.

“One of Texas’ Top 50 BBQ Joints” - Texas Monthly

If there is a name synonymous with BBQ in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, it's Hutchins. In 1978, the Hutchins family attached a restaurant to their home in Princeton, Texas, and they've been immersed in the rich traditions of Texas BBQ ever since. It’s hard work, certainly, but for us, it’s more than that—it’s a way of life.
Hutchins BBQ has been named on Texas Monthly's Top 50 list for over a decade now. They’ve served at the James Beard House twice, were one of Oprah’s picks in O Magazine, were voted “Best BBQ in DFW” in a Dallas Morning News reader poll, and are Keith Lee approved. Along the way, they even invented the iconic, bacon-wrapped "Texas Twinkie"! Now you can see what all the fuss is about without making the trip to Frisco or McKinney – Hutchins BBQ is shipping nationwide!
