Dreamed up as a limited-edition tie-in to Eli Roth’s Ice Cream Man, San Francisco’s Humphry Slocombe scoops Brain Freeze — bubblegum “brain” ice cream swirled with house-made strawberry jam. It’s colorful, nostalgic, and deliciously creepy, the kind of scoop built for horror fans and adventurous eaters. From the shop known for flavors like Secret Breakfast and Here’s Your Damn Strawberry, this is the one timed to a movie premiere.
Eli Roth’s Ice Cream Man opens exclusively in theaters on August 7, 2026.
This limited edition box includes
- 2 Pints Brain Freeze – Bubblegum ice cream with strawberry swirl
- 2 Pints Tahitian Vanilla
- Ice Cream Man Hat
- Ice cream pints are carefully packed in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents perfectly frozen. Don’t worry, it’s colder inside that box than it is in your freezer.
- Upon receipt, please place your pints in your freezer to store.
To Serve
- If you are looking to serve your pints right away but they arrive rock hard, simply place them on a counter or table top and let them rest for 10 minutes or until you can just slightly squeeze the pints.

San Francisco, CA"Why all of the unusual flavors?" It's a question often posed to Humphry Slocombe founders Jake Godby and Sean Vahey, but in their opinion (and we wholeheartedly agree with it) they're not all that unusual. Sure there's Olive Oil and Carrot Mango Sorbet, however Strawberry, Vanilla and Coffee are also standard offerings. But, as the names can attest, these flavors are anything but standard: 'Here's Your Damn Strawberry,' 'Tahitian V*n!ll@,' and "Vietnamese Coffee" grab your attention as much as the flavors from that first spoonful. Oh, did we also mention their 'Secret Breakfast?' It's a bourbon infused ice cream loaded with ground corn flakes many have called the best tasting ice cream ever. It's so good that anyone who has ever tasted will fully understand if it becomes the cornerstone of your well balanced breakfast; it certainly has for us.
