At Honey Cheesecakes, chef/owner Lazar Oglesby is putting a distinctly Southern twist on this classic NYC dessert, working with local Georgia producers to showcase local ingredients. Oglesby loads her cheesecakes with Georgia pecans and brown sugar, and she swirls in fresh local fruits before topping them with a buttery crumble. These cheesecakes are creamy, dreamy, and insanely delicious!

This package includes your choice of a 6" or 9" Lemon Blueberry Crumble Cheesecake

  • Each 6" cheesecake weighs approx. 1 lb. and serves 4-6 people
  • Each 9" cheesecake weighs approx. 3.5 lbs. and serves 12-16 people
  • Cheesecakes arrive with ice packs, ice packs may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, remove Cheesecake from packaging and place in the fridge.
  • Cheesecake can be kept at room temperature up to 2 hours, stored in the fridge up to 7 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
  • Thaw in refrigerator, unwrapped, for 5 hours prior to serving.
