Bayou Carlin Oyster Co. Garlic Parmesan Oyster Grilling Kits – Grill your own oysters at home—no prep needed! These delicious oysters are the classic version of charbroiled/grilled oysters made famous in South Louisiana restaurants. These oysters are only sourced locally from the Gulf of Mexico in an effort to support the local seafood economy.

Whole Chicken (deboned) stuffed with Pork & Sausage, wrapped in Bacon – A delicious deboned chicken stuffed with pork and pepper jack sausage, wrapped in bacon.

Jalapeno Poppers Stuffed with Pork & Pepper Jack Sausage, wrapped in Bacon – These delicious bites POP with a little kick with a side of pork and pepper jack sausage that is so delightful.

Chicken Diablo Kebabs – A combinator of steak sauce marinated chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeno slivers then wrapped in bacon.

Hebert’s also makes legendary Cajun classics like crawfish pie, shrimp étouffée, gumbo, boudin, stuffed catfish, red beans, and crawfish pie, all based on old family recipes and made with the highest-quality Louisiana ingredients. This package serves 8-10 people and includes:

  • Bayou Carlin Oyster Co. Garlic Parmesan Oyster Grilling Kit (2.5 lbs. Total, 12 oysters)
  • 1 Whole Chicken (deboned) stuffed with Pork & Pepperjack Sausage, wrapped in Bacon (4 lbs.)
  • 8 Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers with Pork & Pepper Jack Sausage, wrapped in Bacon (2 lbs. total)
  • 2 Chicken Diablo Kabobs (5 pieces per skewer, 10 pieces total)

Oysters are intended to be cooked. Consuming Raw or Undercooked shellfish may increase the risk of foodborne illness.

  • Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate during transit.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, place all items in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
  • Items last up to 5 days in the refrigerator or up to 12 months in the freezer.

To Serve

Oysters

  • Preheat grill or oven.
  • Remove oysters from packaging.
  • Place oysters in their shell directly on the grill or in the oven on a baking sheet.
  • Grill or bake for 5-7 minutes until butter is bubbly and oysters are cooked through.
  • Enjoy!

Pepper Jack Chicken Wrap

  • Thaw overnight in the fridge.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook chicken for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers w/ Pork & Pepper Jack Sausage

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Remove poppers from package.
  • Cook for 35-45 minutes depending on the oven.
  • Enjoy!

Chicken Diablo Kabobs – Grill

  • Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat grill to 375°F.
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.

After a day of hunting, a local resident enters Hebert’s (pronounced “ay-bears”) with his catch of the day: a turkey, a duck and a chicken.
