The Mother’s Day White Alligator Cake from Haydel’s Bakery is a double-layer almond cake featuring layers of strawberry jam, crushed pineapple, and rich buttercream filling. Handcrafted by a legendary New Orleans institution since 1959, this festive treat showcases traditional family recipes from an internationally certified Master Baker and is finished with a unique comb-textured buttercream trim.

This package serves 12-14 people and includes 1 White Alligator Cake

  • Each cake measures 8" and weighs approx. 4 lbs.
  • Cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, store cake at room temperature or in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • Cake can last at room temperature & in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
